📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily airport operations, including passenger handling, baggage services, and ground handling activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and operational standards.
Manage a team of 20-30 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
Coordinate with airline representatives, ground handling agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor and maintain airport facilities, including terminals, runways, and other infrastructure.
Implement and enforce safety and security measures to protect passengers, staff, and airport assets.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.
Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and operational standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Hold a relevant certification or license, such as Airport Operations Supervisor (PPPK) or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aviation management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
Familiarity with airport management software, such as AMS (Airport Management System) or similar tools.
