📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers.
• Implement and maintain state-of-the-art data center infrastructure, including HVAC systems, power distribution, and security measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001, Uptime Institute, and local Indonesian regulations.
• Monitor and optimize data center performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and services.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the safety and security of our data centers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data center operations and management.
• Certifications in data center design, implementation, and management, such as Uptime Institute Tier III/IV, ISO 27001, or LEED.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and security measures.
• Proficient in using data center management software, such as Raritan, Vertiv, or Liebert.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and innovative approach.
• Familiarity with local Indonesian regulations and standards for data center operations.
