📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for marine operations.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISM Code, ISPS Code, and OHSAS 18001.
• Provide training and guidance to the crew on safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, ensuring minimal impact on the marine ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address HSE issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all safety equipment and personal protective gear are in good condition and properly maintained.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential hazards in marine operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in marine HSE management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HSE management within the maritime industry.
• Certifications such as ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or equivalent in occupational health and safety.
• Familiarity with international maritime regulations including ISM Code, ISPS Code, and SOLAS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using HSE management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety.
• Must be willing to travel and work on board vessels as required.
