📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective restocking strategies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide regular reports on store performance and suggest improvements.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
