Root Bit Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Cilandak, Jakarta Raya. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the collaboration of an in-office environment. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and optimal inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts and overstocks.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
