📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including event setup, guest management, and event execution.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring they are served in a timely and attractive manner.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all events are executed according to the agreed plan and within budget.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients after the event.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
