📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations, both locally and internationally.,Provide strategic advice to the company's management on tax-related matters.,Prepare and file all tax returns and supporting documentation accurately and on time.,Conduct regular tax audits and reviews to identify opportunities for tax savings and to ensure compliance.,Maintain strong relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.,Provide training and support to the tax team on tax-related matters.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and proactively advise the company on any potential impacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax-related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and personal income tax.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working with international tax matters is a plus.,Certification in tax-related fields (e.g., CPA, CMA, or ATT) is a plus.
