Pusat Putri Medical Center (P3MC) is seeking a dedicated Operational Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical center. As an Operational Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facilities, staff, and services. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, strategic, and able to lead and motivate a team to achieve our organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.,Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the availability and functionality of medical equipment and facilities, and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.,Coordinate with the administrative and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement measures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational management software.
