📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, candidate communication, and offer preparation.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates.
• Providing feedback to candidates and assisting them with the hiring process.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
