📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.,Manage and train a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal product availability.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and company policies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of store operations with overall business goals.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail or entertainment industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Knowledge of local languages (Indonesian) is a plus.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and team management.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,A passion for the entertainment industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
