• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to oversee and motivate a team.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, security protocols, and operational standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Hold a relevant certification or license, such as Airport Operations Supervisor (PPPK) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as aviation management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
• Familiarity with airport management software, such as AMS (Airport Management System) or similar tools.
