📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Strong background in insurance industry, with a deep understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations.
Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
