📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our Employee Aesthetic & Wellness Program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of wellness initiatives.
• Build and maintain strategic corporate partnerships to enhance employee engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
• Create engaging content for various digital platforms to support wellness initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive the success of our wellness program.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and wellness.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and conferences to promote our wellness initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on corporate wellness programs.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of wellness trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Inbound Certified) is a plus.
