- Collaborate with the contact center team to identify and resolve data-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct regular data audits and reports to assess data quality and performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data management.
- Provide training and support to team members on data management practices.
- Work with the IT team to integrate and optimize data systems for improved efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, data quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Experience with contact center data management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
