Home Data Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Deputy Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the recipe and menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to ensure food safety and hygiene.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
