📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor and maintain vehicle records, including maintenance schedules and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and operational efficiency.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in implementing safety protocols and compliance with regulations.,Handle administrative tasks related to fleet management, such as documentation and record-keeping.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Provide support in the procurement and management of fleet-related supplies and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving company vehicles is a plus.
