In this role, you will work closely with our team to design and deliver educational programs that align with our mission to empower communities through education. You will have the chance to leverage your expertise in educational program development and management, utilizing tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and educational databases. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 10,000,000 - Rp 15,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement educational programs that align with the organization's mission and goals.
Collaborate with educators, policymakers, and community leaders to create impactful educational initiatives.
Utilize Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and educational databases to manage program data and communications.
Conduct research and analysis to inform the design and implementation of educational programs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies and policies.
Represent the organization at educational conferences, workshops, and other professional events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program development and management.
Strong knowledge of educational theories, principles, and best practices.
Proficient in using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and educational databases.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
