Daily, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including case management, legal research, and strategic planning. You will work closely with our legal team, as well as with other departments to ensure that all legal matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and lead complex legal cases from initiation to resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on legal matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal litigation.
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university.
- Professional certification in litigation, such as the Indonesian Bar Association (PAN) certification.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
