📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of optometrists and support staff to deliver high-quality eye care services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Oversee the use of advanced eye care technology, such as retinal imaging systems and visual field analyzers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of eye care services within the broader healthcare network.
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in eye care services.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care practices.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in optometry, with a strong track record of leadership and management.
• Certification as an optometrist from a reputable institution, such as the American Optometric Association (AOA).
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of eye care technology and software, such as EMR systems and retinal imaging software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve patient outcomes.
