Smart Sky Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees and the organization succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and issues to promote a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or related roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
