In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and supporting the nursing team in delivering excellent healthcare services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures.,Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation and organization of the nursing station, including supplies and equipment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and protocols.,Promote a positive and compassionate patient experience by communicating effectively and respecting patient dignity and privacy.,Assist in the implementation of infection control measures and protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recently graduated or diploma holder in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Basic knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in word processing and electronic health record systems.,Familiarity with infection control measures and principles of patient safety.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
