As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will be at the heart of our operations, preparing and serving our signature coffee drinks and delicious food items. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty coffees.
• Prepare and serve food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and other snacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience for all customers.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets and maintain high standards of quality.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a coffee shop or fast-food restaurant.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and equipment, such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
