📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.,Conduct regular HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Lead and mentor HR staff.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
