In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Turkish National projects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of Turkish National projects.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Manage budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify risks.,Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Turkish languages is a plus.,Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
