📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute creative concepts for brand identities and marketing campaigns,Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success,Create visually stunning and impactful designs that align with brand guidelines,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers,Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform design decisions,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identities and marketing campaigns,Proven track record of leading innovative and successful design projects,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.),Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
