📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for medical software applications.,Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.,Identify, document, and track software defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software testing.,Mentor and train junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Provide regular test progress reports and metrics to stakeholders.,Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall software development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on medical software.,Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.,Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.,Familiarity with medical software standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FDA).,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
