📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell Sharia-compliant Haji packages to potential customers.,Provide accurate and detailed information about Haji packages to potential customers.,Assist customers in the booking and reservation process for Haji packages.,Maintain and update customer records and databases.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the Islamic travel industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Islamic Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in the travel industry.,Strong knowledge of Islamic laws and Sharia-compliant travel packages.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
