📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students to address their emotional, psychological, and social needs.,Facilitate workshops and activities aimed at promoting mental health, stress management, and conflict resolution skills.,Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student support.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and counseling sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of school-wide mental health and wellness programs.,Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that values diversity and individual differences.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in student counseling and mental health support.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student counseling or a related role.,Certification in counseling or a related field is preferred but not required.,Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid teaching or counseling license is a plus.,Experience in working with diverse student populations is a plus.
