📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local distributors and retailers to drive sales growth in the retail segment.
• Promote and sell high-performance coating products through various sales channels, including in-store displays, trade shows, and online platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and distributors.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network with potential customers and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial or retail sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with sales tools and software, such as CRM systems, salesforce, or similar.
• Knowledge of the industrial coating industry and its applications.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bali and surrounding areas.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
