As a Lead Architect at Private Advertiser, you'll be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning, functional, and eco-friendly designs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of architects and designers in delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into stunning, functional, and eco-friendly designs.
• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies that meet environmental and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of architectural projects.
• Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of architectural projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in sustainable architecture.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior architects and designers within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable and innovative architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
